This set is well known to collectors. Some insist that they were made by Selro, but I don't think so - at least not this one. The Seven Immortals are a part of Buddhist and Tao religions, and date back many years. It is very unusual to find a whole parure - so I was excited when I saw this one. I have had it for quite a while so that I could enjoy it, but I think is time now to let someone else have it. The necklace is a choker, 12 inches long with a 3 1/2 inch extender. The figures are approximately 1 1/2 inch tall, which makes it that wide in the front. The bracelet is 7 1/2 inches long with a fold over clasp and is the same width as the necklace. The earrings are clips, and each is 1 1/2 inches by 3/4 inch. All the pieces are in good condition with little, if any paint loss, and there are bright red glass rhinestones on some of them. The backs are shiny as well. I don't think the set has had much wear even thought it is from the 1950s.
None of the pieces are marked.
