I havenever seen another necklace even close to this one in style. The seller thought it was amber, but I think it is copal - a much newer amber that mainly comes from Africa. It is 24" long and the large pendant is 1 1/2" in diameter and 1/2" thick. Mounted on top of this pendant is a beautifully carved Buddha - very detailed. The beads are elongated and the necklace is about17" long. One of the beads in the back unscrew from the one next to it to make a clasp...

This is a wonderful old 1940s Sterling heart charm bracelet - 21 ways to say "I love you"! The bracelet has a padlock closure and it is 7" long. There are 21 heart charms - each one different - there is a WWII Airplane on one; two have blue enameling; some have names on them like Barbara, Jenny, and Mom; one has Mr. and Mrs. D.M.D., some have fancy flower and heart designs and a couple of them are rather plain. The bracelet, padlock, and 16 of the hearts are marked Sterling...

This is a very old Whitby Jet bracelet with a center set with a carved shell cameo. The links are shiny and square, and the bracelet unstretched measures between 6 1/4" and 6 1/2". I have a six inch wrist and it is a bit too large for me. The square links are 5/8". The top link has an oval jet piece 1"x3/4" and it is set with a shell cameo depicting a lovely Victorian lady. The bracelet is in good condition, with no problems.

Necklaces like these are getting harder and harder to find. That isn't too hard to understand because most people who have them are reluctant to part with them. This necklace is 15 1/2" long with a spring ring clasp. Around the from is an intricate pattern of Bohemian garnets, sometimes called raspberry garnets because of their intense color. Many of these come from Victorian times, butI believe that this one is later likely from the early 1930s...

This is a really super Art Deco Sterling Pierrot Bubble Necklace - the kind that has been collected by many over the years because they come in many colors and designs. The necklace is 16 inches long and the part in the front with the three bubbles is 3 inches across. Each of the bubble pieces are marked Sterling on the back. The enamel is mostly red, yellow, and black with a bit of green here and there...

This set is well known to collectors. Some insist that they were made by Selro, but I don't think so - at least not this one. It is very unusual to find an entire parure - so I was excited when I saw this one and I have had it for quite a while so that I could enjoy it, but I think it is time to send it on to someone else who will enjoy it. The necklace is a choker 12" long with a 3 1.2" EXTENDER. The figures are approximately 1 1/2" tall which makes it that wide in the front...

According to Kathy Flood's book "Vintage Visages" The showgirl in profile was one of the most alluring face pins ever created, and there are dozens of versions of it - some in gems and gold, and others in all types of costume metals. This one is one of the more sought after cotume versions because she has a rhinestone paved face and orchid enamel tresses, as Kathy calls them. In fact, this is the pin pictured page 38 of her book.

This pin is large and heavy. Dimensions are 3 1/4" x 2 1/4"...

I think this brooch is probably from the WWII years in the early 1940s. The metal is silver colored- not Sterling, but likely pot metal. The sailor appears to be saluting as his lady watcg=hes holding her fan. Their faces are faceted aqua glass and his shirt and her hate have clear rhinestone decorations. The figures are 2" high and the chatelaine chain i 5". They are in good condition for the age in which they were made and adorable when worn. They are nor marked.

This is an old and lovely piece that can be worn as a pin or as a pendant since it has a chain hook on the back. It measures about 2: x 2 a.2: and the metal appears to be a base metal of some kind that is guilded with gold plate. The garnets have a lovely glowing clor, and all are prong set, The pin/pendant is in excellent condition and it ius not marked.I believe it to be an art deco piece.

This is a great old Art Deco Egyptian motif pin. The pin measures approximately 1 1/2 inches and is very well made. The metal is gold gilt brass. The detail of the enameling is excellent. The motif is classic Art Deco. The opening of King Tuts tomb, in 1922 had a profound influence on Art Deco jewelry motifs. Egyptian designs were very popular, especially scarabs. This authentic old Art Deco piece is in very good condition, just one small bit of missing enamel. There are no marks.

This is a lovely old piece. It is an adjustable thin gold filled bangle bracelet - adjusts up to about a 2" diameter which is small as were a lot of Victorian bracelets. There is a chased design on the sides and the top shell cameo is surrounded with a scalloped gold toned design. That top piece is 1 3/4" x about 1 1/4". The cameo is oval in shape and shows a lady sitting under a tree. The cameo appears to have a crack at about the ten o'clock spot which you can see in the close up pictures. Th...

Remember the old kids' rhyme, Mary, Mary, quite contrary, etc.? This is a pin depicting that rhyme, I think. It is made of gold toned metal clear rhinestones, and lots of enamel. It measures 2" x 2" and 8s in good condition with some enamel loss such as might be expected from the age of the pin, which I think is about 60 years. It has no marks of origin.

This is a really pretty black French Galalith Bracelet that has never been worn, and still has the paper tag, Made in France, inside. The top has a glittery silver enamel and black pattern, and it is outlined by sparkling sapphire blue rhinestones. The bracelet has a standard 2 1/2" inside diameter so it will fit most people. It is in excellent condition, and very unusual.

This is a darling Vintage Lucite Scottie Dog Pin Brooch. It is reverse carved with painted highlights, along with big googly eyes! It comes from the 1930s and has survived all of those years in excellent condtion. The only indication of its age is some rust on the pin stem which could be removed easily. It is approximately 2 1/2" x 2 3/4". There are no makers marks.

These two figures appear to be harlequin or clown ballet dancers, a male and a female. They both wear conical hats, and the male figure has a ruffle around his neck and full sleeves. The female has the same kind of hat, but her costume is short sleeved with shoulder detail and a short skirt. The male dancer is 2 1/4 " tall by 1 3/4" wide from hand to hand. She is 2 1/4" tall by a bit less than 3/4" wide. The chains are attached to their hands and the shorter of the two is 5 1/2". The femal...
